If you have purchased a product please ship the item back and full refund will be issued once we at receive the product . Usually Refund would take about 5-12 business days, Depending on your financial institution.

REFUND

• if the customer is not satisfied with the services and solution provided by Mega Secure Services LLC, Complete Refund will be issued after getting the valid reason from the customer for the dissatisfaction within the first 10 days from the date of subscription.

• If Payment is made through Credit Card / Dedit Card, Refund will be issued to the Original Credit Card or Debit Card provided or Used at the time of purchase.

• If the payment is made through E-check / Signed Check or Money Order, Customer would get the payment credited directly in the account.

• Customer is requested to fill the refund processing Form to process the refundable amount or download the refund processing form, fill it and e mail it back to us at support@skyscrappertech.com for processing.

• You acknowledge and agree Mega Secure Services LLC or its referral partners have no responsibility or liability under any circumstance at any time for any loss or corruption of customer data, software that may arise out of the services.

• If You would wish to order data backup services which are sold separately and subject to separate terms of service and privacy policy.

• We do not provide separate backup copies or support installation of third party websites if we don’t get the access of third party hosting server and control panel of the website. Please ensure that You have the proper login credentials of your website incase You are looking for Redesigning Your old website.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• In order to receive separate back from Mega Secure Services LLC You must have the full access of control panel, login information of third party hosting server etc else the service or data may be impacted.

• Mega Secure Services LLC SERVICES is not responsible for any loss, corruption or alteration of data, software if the complete license and access is not provided to Mega Secure Services LLC technicians.
